These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aromaessence.eu and your purchase of digital products from AromaEssence. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service AromaEssence sells digital products consisting of contact information and direct links to perfume suppliers. AromaEssence does not sell, manufacture, store, ship, or distribute physical perfumes. Our role is strictly limited to providing access to supplier contact details.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to place an order on AromaEssence.

3. Orders and Pricing All prices on aromaessence.store are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed. An order is considered final and binding once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been sent to your email.

4. Payment Payments are processed securely through AromaEssence's payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. AromaEssence does not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery of Digital Content Digital products are delivered electronically, typically immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation, via:

  • Email containing the supplier contact information / link, and/or
  • Access through your customer account on aromaessence.eu. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder.

6. No Refund Policy By purchasing from AromaEssence, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. 7. Use of Supplier Information The contact information and links provided by AromaEssence are for your personal commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise share the supplier details with third parties. Any breach of this clause may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Disclaimer Regarding Suppliers AromaEssence acts solely as an information intermediary. AromaEssence does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for:

  • The quality, authenticity, or legality of products offered by listed suppliers.
  • Supplier pricing, availability, shipping times, or after-sales service.
  • Any transactions, disputes, or losses arising between you and a supplier. You enter into any subsequent purchase with a supplier entirely at your own risk and responsibility. AromaEssence strongly recommends conducting your own due diligence before transacting with any supplier.

9. Brand and Trademark References Product names referenced on aromaessence.eu (including brand names) are used solely as descriptive identifiers of the fragrance profiles that listed suppliers offer. AromaEssence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any trademark holder. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Intellectual Property All content on aromaessence.eu (text, design, logos, lists, structure of information) is the property of AromaEssence or licensed to it and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AromaEssence's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. AromaEssence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

12. Force Majeure AromaEssence is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting provider failures, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence within the European Union. Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.

14. Online Dispute Resolution In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
