4. Delivery Costs Delivery of digital products is 100% free of charge. No shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import taxes apply, as nothing is physically shipped.
5. Geographic Availability AromaEssence's digital products are available worldwide, 24/7, subject to applicable local laws in the buyer's country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that purchasing and using the digital content is permitted under the laws of their country of residence.
6. Order Not Received? If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours after payment confirmation, please follow these steps in order:
- Check the inbox of the email address you provided at checkout.
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct (typos are the most common cause of non-delivery).
- Log into your customer account on aromaessence.eu and check whether the content is available there.
- If the issue persists, contact AromaEssence via the Contact page, including your order number and the email address used at checkout.
7. Incorrect Email Address AromaEssence cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect, mistyped, or non-functional email address provided by the buyer at checkout. In such cases, the buyer must contact AromaEssence to request redelivery to a corrected email address. Redelivery is provided at AromaEssence's discretion and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Important Disclaimer The shipping of any physical perfume subsequently ordered by you directly from a supplier listed in our content is handled exclusively by that supplier, under their own shipping terms, prices, and timeframes. AromaEssence is not a party to that transaction and accepts no responsibility for any shipping-related matter between you and a third-party supplier — including delays, lost parcels, customs issues, damages, or non-delivery.
