Refund policy

No Refunds – Digital Products

All products sold on AromaEssence are digital goods, specifically contact information and links to perfume suppliers, delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase on AromaEssence, you expressly:

  • Request immediate delivery of the digital content (supplier contact details/links).
  • Acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is delivered or accessed.
  • Confirm you have read and accepted this Refund Policy before placing your order.

As a result, all sales are final and non-refundable. AromaEssence does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once an order has been confirmed and the digital content has been made available to you.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered, at AromaEssence's sole discretion, only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure on our side resulting in non-delivery of the purchased content within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error.

To request a review in these cases, contact AromaEssence within 7 days of purchase with your order number and proof of the issue.
